Greek Army Ticketing System

A helpdesk application designed for Greek Army personnel, bringing support requests, ticket tracking, and conversations into one place.
Trackable support requests
Personnel submit tickets with descriptions and optional images. Helpdesk staff take ownership of requests and move them from open to in progress and completed, keeping the conversation attached to each issue.
Support for every role
Separate user, GEP member, and administrator roles organize the workflow. Staff dashboards show ticket statistics, while Greek and English interfaces support both languages. Conversations on open and in-progress tickets refresh automatically every ten seconds; refreshing stops when a ticket is completed.
Technology
The current client uses React, Vite, Redux, React Router, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, and i18next, with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB on the server. Vite was introduced in a later update to the frontend tooling.
